i’ve had various sites over the last couple of years. they’ve invariably been a pain in the arse. this is the latest iteration. blogging seems to be fashionable, and whilst i’m not a fashionable person, if every other sod around you has something, you end up wanting it as well.

about me

i’m a games journalist. i was a pretend one from the beginning of 2004 until mid 2005. by that, i mean that i spent a shit load of time writing for nowt more than the odd bit of review code and the kick of seeing my name in virtual print. and for the love of games, of course.

then, in may 2005 i got a real job where they pay me real money. i get even more free games now, and my name is actually printed on real as opposed to virtual paper.

i like it.
